Heiress/crazy dog lady/former jailbird Paris Hilton appears to have found a new project to keep herself busy. The new toy comes in the form a guy named Alex Vaggo, who has quite the impressive resume under his belt. Alex, 20, who is in Hollywood on vacation from his native Sweden, worked diligently as a pizza boy in his hometown to save up the money for his big trip.

It looks like the efforts paid off as he had the good fortune of bumping into Paris at a Hollywood nightclub. Since he did choose to stay at a youth hostel over a real hotel, I can only speculate that this guy might not be worth millions. Or even thousands. Let’s just say that Paris can expect to foot the bills on all of their dates until further notice.

24 star Kiefer Sutherland was arrested for misdemeanor DUI in West Hollywood early this morning, according to TMZ. Kiefer, 40, allegedly blew more than twice the legal limit of .08 on his breathalyzer and was taken into the station, according to reports.

After being booked, Kiefer was released on $25,000 bail and is scheduled in court on October 16. Just like our pal Nicole Richie, this would be his second DUI in five years and carries a mandatory sentence of five days behind bars. Translation? Kiefer will serve a couple of hours in jail before he’s back on the set of his hit show.

Legendary boxer Oscar De La Hoya is in some hot water after alleged photos of him posing in fishnet stockings, a wig, and high heels have surfaced. Scores dancer Milana Dravnel, 22, made the TV rounds last week claiming that she herself had taken the scandalous photos.

Milana reportedly received a sum of nearly $70,000 for the rights to the pictures. Oscar’s legal team has been in high gear working to refute the claims, calling the photos nothing more than the clever work of Photoshop. In a suspicious twist, the dancer has now come forward to admit that she lied about the validity of the pictures.

I’m still not convinced of the whole truth in this story. Are the photos completely fake and Milana just wanted the money and publicity? Or are they real and Oscar’s legal team were successful in scaring her into a sudden confession?

Party girl Paris Hilton is said to be planning some kind of goodwill trip to Rwanda. Somehow the words “Paris Hilton” and “goodwill” just don’t belong in the same sentence. The heiress claims that this trip to Africa is part of her commitment to use her celebrity status for something charitable, according to E! Online.

“There’s so much need in that area, and I feel like if I go, it will bring more attention to what people can do to help,” the former jailbird said. Why does this smell like nothing more than another publicity stunt to me? Maybe because that’s exactly what it is.

It feels like the gossip rumor mills have been claiming that Jennifer Lopez looks pregnant just about every other week. Our resident guide to Fashion at About.com, Cynthia Nellis, was kind enough to send over this very revealing photo of Miss J-Lo at a recent fashion show.

According to Cynthia, “I know that there are tons of rumors circulating around that she’s pregnant (it doesn’t help that she’s choosing sack dresses at every turn) but - wow! - this pic is very convincing.”

If I were a betting gal, I’d put my money on J-Lo’s EPT test coming up with a little plus sign! Until we get an actual confirmation from Jennifer or her PR team, we’ll just have to keep on guessing. Hey, it’s been working pretty well for Christina Aguilera, hasn’t it?

Dylan McDermott and his wife Shiva Rose have separated after almost 12 years together, according to People magazine. Is it possible that Dylan and Shiva are actually headed for the dreaded Hollywood divorce?

Dylan, 45, and Shiva, 38, have have two beautiful daughters, Collette, 11, and Charlotte, 2. Could it be that the unexpected pressures of Dylan working on the set of Big Shots has put a new strain on their marriage? When it comes to celebrities and their love lives, it certainly wouldn’t be the first time.

Are Pamela Anderson and Rick Solomon really getting married? Pam has applied for a marriage license in Vegas and is all set to marry her boyfriend of three months, Rick Solomon, according to PerezHilton. Her future third husband Rick rose to sleazy “fame” when he produced and released a sex tape starring himself and none other than Paris Hilton. Pam decided to share her joy with a lovely little posting on her blog:

“Rick has been a friend for 15 years. I finally am fulfilled in my life in every area. I’m a responsible devoted mom. I’m in love. And my work is fun and creative. I’m healthy…I’m having the best time in my life,” she posted on her web page.

Remember when Pam waxed poetic about how much she was in love with Kid Rock right before they got hitched? That marriage lasted all of four months, so my money says that this one will be over before it’s even time to hang the Christmas lights.

Just as I predicted a little while back, Britney Spears has officially lost custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, according to People. Britney was ordered to temporarily hand over her two sons to her ex-husband Kevin Federline. According to a court order, as of tomorrow, K-Fed is being given physical custody of the children until the court decides otherwise. Britney has sadly fallen prey to drugs, alcohol, endangering the welfare of her kids, driving without a license, and even a recent hit-and-run charge.

Apparently, the singer trainwreck was accused of not submitting to a random drug and alcohol test and was also unable to provide a valid California driver’s license when asked to do so. Her lawyer now claims that she didn’t fail the drug/alcohol test, she simply did not take it. Where I come from, people refuse to take tests when their chances of passing are pretty much non existent. What more can I say except good luck to those two children because they’re definitely going to need it.
